Vacuum Metallizing Limited ("VML") is an industrial contract painting facility specializing in custom coatings and finishing. In business since 1954, we enjoy a customer base that spans North America. We provide excellent customer service, expert painting and the unique ability to scale projects to customers' needs.
PROCESSES
POWDER COATING
Our powder technologies are environmentally friendly, offer significant cost savings, greater coating durability and improved aesthetics as compared to solvent-based paint systems.
LIQUID COATING
Conventional spray painting and rotary spray painting capabilities. Spray painting processes can be used in conjunction with our vacuum metalizing process to produce highly reflective finishes.*

Vacuum Metalizing
Using resistive evaporation, this process produces a coating that simulates the appearance of electroplated silver, gold, bronze and other brilliant or matte electroplated finishes.
SERVICES
Our plant is designed for flexibility, which allows us to adapt projects and workflow to the needs of each customer. Using a variety of processes, equipment and tooling, we are able to accommodate batch orders, long or short runs, small or oversized parts, color matching, specific handling requirements and more.
